• New probe finds serious defects in Georgia’s voting machines that have been found to cause votes not to be counted.

• Demands emergency action by Georgia Election Board to prevent voter disenfranchisement and use paper ballot counts for the November 8th election.

Atlanta, GA - Election investigators Kevin Moncla and David Cross, reported serious vote nullifying defects in Georgia’s Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A election equipment. In their October 11, 2022, complaint filed with the Georgia State Election Board backed by data obtained in responses to Open Records Requests on the election equipment used in 65 Georgia counties, the team found the machines contained errant or malicious coding that produced widespread fake ballot scan error codes. This could have potentially subjected the ballots to vote alteration, placement into provisional status, or to not be counted at all. Pairs of fake error codes “QR Code Signature Mismatch”, “Ballot Format or ID unrecognizable”, and others, were found in approximately 20% of the ballots scanned in the Georgia 2020 general, 2021 runoff, and again in the May 2022 primary election. The defects then immediately subjected the scanned ballots to possible code manipulation and vote nullification.

Identical defects found in voting machines and software used in Coffee County, GA in November 2020 caused election officials to be unable to certify the results. Identical defects found in voting machines and software used in Williamson, TN in 2020 caused the election officials to suspend use of the Dominion machines. The US Elections Assistance Commission and Dominion were each not able to identify the root cause of the Williamson errors.

With the 2022 mid-term elections one month away, the investigators petitioned the election board to stop the use of the defective Dominion voting machines and to instead rely on hand counts of the paper ballots that will be available for full audit.

Election Investigator Kevin Moncla today noted “If the Georgia State Election Board, County elections officials, and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger are serious about preventing voter disenfranchisement, they must stop the use of defective Dominion machines. If Fulton County DA Fani Willis is serious about preventing voter disenfranchisement, she must immediately disband her political hoax Special Purpose Grand Jury and instead focus on the defects in this report; that are now, right under her nose.”

With the November 8th election quickly approaching, time is of the essence. We cannot sit idly by and accept the fact that these errors persist unchecked.
